I usually do the four things on my free days first thing in the morning on an empty stomach but today I overslept and for some reason got up very hungry.

If I eat a regular meal I’ll have to wait 2 hours before I do my routine. I was thinking about just eating some slices of whole grain bread with nothing on them to calm the hunger and proceed with my routine.

I however don’t know if this would be a really stupid idea. Furthermore I don’t understand why feel so hungry and tired today.

    I do cardio on a empty stomach, just some salt beforehand.

    If you want to carb load right before cardio, maybe something not very heavy. Like the glucose gummies runners take

    If your sleep schedule is messed up, you wake up stressed with elevated cortisol which makes some people hungry. It can take up to 72 hours for your body to get back to normal after inadequate sleep
