Says I’m 10%. BMI says I’m 22.5. I think that’s a big difference? I’m very tall, thin, but have solid muscle and work out about two hours per day.
My comment above is literally a summary from a presentation by the Cardinal Kung Foundation. For decades it was illegal to be Catholic in China and the priests and bishops operated clandestine at great risk of being caught. In place of the Catholic Church the Chinese Communist Party created the Patriotic Association to operate like the Catholic Church using priests and bishops who would break communion with Rome in favor of the local communist government. The “deal” between the Vatican and the CCP attempted to reconcile the two groups to each other in a way that was favorable to both but it did not work out that way.
How’d he get around the contribution limits? See: https://www.fec.gov/help-candidates-and-committees/candidate-taking-receipts/contribution-limits/

The electoral college keeps the political campaigning out of my state. I can at least be grateful for that. I don’t know anyone who had complained about too little political campaigning in their community.
If it were up to me the current system would be replaced by election by juries.
There’s self-hosting that’s low risk but does remove some convenience. For example, I use a offline password manager. I keep a Veracrypt container on my computer that hosts that and a few other important files. When I make enough updates, I’ll throw a copy into Dropbox so I can save access it elsewhere. The disadvantage is that I cannot update the primary version from one of those other devices but, for me, that’s not really an issue.
I noticed the equal but opposite with the Drudge Report.
