We value tons of things produced by rocks we run electricity through, why is this any different than a car that was produced using a robot welder or a house constructed with a crane?

Like every shitty romance novel published. There’s only so many ways a man can woo a woman, they just change the location, randomize the set of actions from a list of things men can do to turn women on, throw in something to harm the relationship, and then come up with a set of names.
Looking at stuff from out of country can help.
CBC in Canada and the BBC in the UK both cover significant US news and aren’t going to be as overtly biased as for-profit US news sources.

They couldn’t. The only way this happens is if ownership rates drop well below half the population and renters vote in a political party that can wrest control back from land owners.
As an adult I have worn briefs, boxers, and boxer briefs, I only wear the latter now. They are superior.
No idea on that brand, I just wear fruit of the loom.

It’s honestly probably better putting that amount of money into trying to get a better job over that time period via education, or taking time off to apply for new positions, or something similar.

From my time living in Japan and speaking Japanese.
Living on the west coast of Canada, where we talk about Tsunamis fairly regularly, I’ve never heard anyone add a T sound to Tsunami at the start. Only Sue-Nah-Me
It’s not at all like the T sound in Japanese followed by the S sound. The normal T sound in Japanese is pronounced by putting your tongue behind your top teeth and flicking your tongue down a bit. Tsu on the other hand starts with your tongue below your top teeth, and your cheeks pulled together a bit.
It’s also nothing like the TS in Mats in english.
Strange conceptions?
Tsunami doesn’t start with a T sound, It’s just a strange artifact of the romanization of the Japanese sounds. It’s not exactly a S sound either. The sound it’s supposed to be just doesn’t have an english equivalent at all, so they made up something close-ish but it does a poor job of communicating that.
The one Japanese mis-pronunciation that bothers me is that Tokyo only has two Syllables, To-Kyo, not To-Ky-O like almost all western people pronounce it as. Kyoto has the same problem, It’s Kyo-to, not Ky-O-To.
Some governments can do it for some industries.
Public healthcare in most developed countries is generally pretty decent, though obviously not without flaws the allocation is clearly better for society than the US private healthcare system.
For allocation of food, it’s pretty shit. Too many people want too many different things in that scenario and it has never really worked in practice.
What’s to know?
Facebook makes money by selling ads. Ads for stuff that idiots fall for are the most profitable.
Idiots want to be able to rage at LGBTQ+ people right now, so Facebook is going to allow it so those people spend more time raging on their platform (and therefore generating more money for Facebook)
They only had the restrictions in place before because the government was going to go after them for not tamping down the hate, but the incoming government clearly won’t care in the slightest.
