And a lot of people wouldn’t even care
And a lot of people wouldn’t even care
Just wanted to say that while I agree with the spirit of your comment, there are so many Nintendo first party titles that barely hit 30 fps, that a power bump would be nice.
I’m not expecting 4k 144 fps, but just hitting a consistent 30 (or call me crazy, 60) would make me very happy. Playing Xenoblade at sub 720p, or Tears of the Kingdom at less than 30, is just unacceptable imo.
I don’t even care about a Switch 2, just give me a Switch Pro or something, something that can play all the available games well.
Tbh once the Steam Deck released I haven’t picked mine up once. Barring grabbing keys and dumping games for emulation.
But tbf I don’t really prioritize Switch exclusives and more used my Switch just to play my favorite games, all of which are on Steam. If I only played Nintendo games it’d be a different story I’m sure.
It’s the same thing. I used to have a Samsung with an always on display and loved it, so I was thrilled when iPhone finally got it after I switched over.
Same deal, OLED screen, you can use it for the clock, date, weather, whatever.
Actually it came from a pretty dark place lol. I’d made an attempt on my life a couple of months prior, and felt completely hopeless and lost, unable to find the strength to do pretty much anything.
So I made it ironically, and it ended up sticking.
Seriously wtf is up Nintendo’s ass lately. They’ve always been litigious but the last few years have been pretty extreme.
Depends on what you mean by puns. As someone else pointed out, some signs in and of themselves are jokes, but there are also plenty of jokes in ASL in particular that don’t translate super well, so they’re really only funny in the language.
In the US at least, sadly, it’s imessage. It’s a weird social thing - if you have “green bubbles” people really look down on you.
It’s dumb and superficial, but it works.
Exactly this, if you can’t contribute to society as effectively then you have no worth
I was in a psychiatric hospital for like 6 months, but like a pretty nice place (I wasn’t institutionalized or anything, this was something I chose) and heard horror stories from some of the other patients there about those places. I’m so grateful that I never had to go through that…
I literally thought one of my friends had been exaggerating until we got a new patient and he had similar stories. Horrific stuff.
Bummer, well I hope you eventually manage to get one. The Steam Deck is a super cheap entry point nowadays.
I hope so. I loved the first two movies but really wished they’d lean even more into Deadpool’s fourth wall breaking and insanity. Like beating people over the head with subtitles, or rewriting the script to work in his favor.
Plus I really loved the comics where Deadpool had multiple other voices in his head that he’d argue with. I’d love for them to somehow incorporate that.
You can already. It’s on PC
No, you’re totally right. My hope is that I’m in a more stable place when that day comes. I’m already doing a lot better, so here’s to hoping.
I appreciate you saying that tho, I think that’s important to hear for a lot of people in similar situations, because it’s absolutely true.
I have the same thing with my dog. I made an attempt when I was 18, then got a dog at 20. I’m 24 now and still struggle a lot with depression, wishing the attempt had worked and all that, but would never do it now because I can’t imagine leaving my dog all by himself.
That poor guy got screwed. His life is forever changed because of a fucking Switch mod
Tbf this guy was sticking his mod behind a paywall. Scumbag
Kind of a weird thing for him to say imo. It’s not like they got snubbed, this year was just really stacked, and the other nominations being filled with other incredibly talented women shows that. Be happy for them, don’t put a damper on their achievements because you’re upset that your co-star didn’t get nominated.
Obviously I get that he can’t help how he feels, but making this whole statement just feels like an odd choice.
Most of this shit was started and perpetuated by Andrew Wakefield who is, believe it or not, British. Not American.
Congrats?
