What happened is like the current robot craze: they made the technology resemble humans, which drives attention and money. Specialized “robots” can indeed perform tedious tasks (CNC, pick-and-place machines) or work safely with heavier objects (construction equipment). Similarly, we can use AI to identify data forgery or fold proteins. If we try to make either human-like, they will appear to do a wide variety of tasks (which drives sales & investment) but not be great at any of them. You wouldn’t buy a humanoid robot just to reuse your existing shovel if excavators are cheaper. (Yes, I don’t think a humanoid robot with digging capabilities will ever be cheaper than a standard excavator).

And below retirement age, too! Finally someone who won’t just want to secure a cozy last few few years for their elderly rich friends.

Fantastic Fist is a platforming game focused on simultaneous keyboard and mouse controls. While the character can be moved around with the keyboard, the mouse can be used to interact with the environment by punching with a giant fist.

A puzzle platformer with tight controls and true pixel art, much like Celeste. Makes very good use of the controls available on a PC. Low system requirements (100 MB storage). Solo dev spent years perfecting the gameplay.

Typical. Prague is the most liberal, pro-West part of the Czech Republic, and they don’t spare tourists from their views. There is undeniably a portion of tourists that could genuinely use a Czech history lesson beyond “look at all this stuff Charles IV built in the 1300s” but I get why unsolicited ones can get annoying on a longer stay. You can always retreat to the countryside far from any attractions to get a hillbilly’s perspective but good luck finding one who speaks English well enough and is willing to talk.
