If you live by a Micro Center, their house brand is pretty good.
So Russia can put nuclear weapons by the Polish boarder but, if Poland has nucs that’s when things start to get dangerous lol
Don’t most sports league have unions? At least all major sports in the USA have player unions.
Only 10% of games are verified for Stream OS, with 40% being listed as unsupported. I’m pretty sure Valve is more focused on stability for Steam OS, switching to ARM only complicates things at the moment. Once they have that figured out they can consider ARM. The games that work on ARM now do so because of developer support, most games aren’t supported yet.
I’m not saying it’s impossible, of course it is. It’s just not the time for the Steam Deck to switch to ARM, SD 3 sounds like a reasonable time to consider it.

I live in New Jersey and all the friends I have that own a home either got financial help from there parents or moved all the way out to West Bumblefuck in order to buy a home.
Why is sex work even illegal in the first place.
uxury apartments in premium locations is the first thing I would think of too if I were a developer, but their target buyers don’t sound like the sort of people who currently suffer from the housing crisis.
It’ll have a domino effect, more apartments in Manhattan means less people in Brooklyn, Queens, etc. meaning prices go down in the latter boroughs. I live in Jersey City across the Hudson from Manhattan and a large part of the residents here are just people who can’t afford to live in Manhattan.
are many people going to want to live in expensive converted office spaces if they don’t work near there any longer?
Yes, I used to live in a converted office building in Newark NJ (not far from Manhattan) and really loved it. And yes people will always want to live in NYC and especially Manhattan. Many people, myself included simply prefer living in cities. I’ve also looked for apartments in Manhattan and it’s completely different than anywhere else.
I disagree, it’s about money. Or more accurately perception, the next generation traditionally had it better than the one before until now. The current generation is unable to provide their children a better life than they had so having children is less appealing.
Because a huge chunk of people could have salary raises and homes and be upper class and still now want to have kids.
Or the disappearance of this class has led to lower birth rates.
Won’t the lack of a work force also give workers better barging power for pay increase and thus the ability to support their elders?
Can you expand on why society would collapse? Like what are the specific problems that would lead to collapse?
According to who?
