… Ain’t that just a website?
… Ain’t that just a website?
Honestly, I’ve seen this too many times working in IT. The best option was always to set up a computer with a local administrator account, no access to the secure network, and let the entire department have access to it.
Install the camera software(s) on there and only there. Videos are then exported into a common file type and transferred through USB or DVD.
I’ve worked with Police departments that had dozens of different, unique software each with their own proprietary codec. Every time they requested a recording from a business there would be another unsigned .exe to run. Straight garbage.
I’ve seen a lot of rulers that actually don’t have a mark at 0 and instead go right to the edge as 0. Typically they are worn down, being made of wood, so the accuracy of the first inch is dubious. To ensure the distance is correct, sliding the ruler down one unit is a good idea. So, my ruler starts at 0 but my measurements start at 1.
Usually age has the opposite effect, but I hear they make pills for that.
Oh, AI Tree Ents? That’s the future we’re going for? I mean, I’m in, but I didn’t realize that was even on the table!
I don’t think so.
They are pretty small and would need to take a lot of bites to eat an entire barn.
I know that was meant as an exaggeration, but the idea of a foreign leader hiding under the table with one arm up and a sock marked up with a marker and googly eyes is fantastic.
Exactly! Peaceful protests are allowed and encouraged. Demonstrations, speeches, picket signs, marches, sit-ins, etc.
Riots on the other hand are a problem. Burning cars, breaking windows, stealing from unrelated businesses, hurting people, etc.
“Order! Order in the Court!”

I don’t think an inflatable wrench would work very well.
I tried out podman at first, but I found many docker instances simply provide a string of crap instead of explanations. It was easy to get a grasp of how docker worked, and now that I have an idea I feel like I could jump into podman better.
Manual? You mean the half-finished wiki someone put together that is the only source of information while also missing the information I need?
The bar was on the ground, but you brought shovels and started digging.
The return of the oral tradition to pass information down. Everything is volatile and contingent on there being a discord server with people who can tell you about it.
Mate, I think they were sarcastically saying that one of the reasons there aren’t government run programs to help people is the claim that churches and charities will do that instead. In this case a church attempted to do so and was instead punished, which is quite ironic if they are supposed to help those in need.
Either his actions were treason and the sentence is death or his actions as president were untouchable in which case the president can shoot him without reprise. What a dangerous precedent to set!
Because then words like “evidence” and “premeditated” get thrown around.
I’ve been using Shred to wipe things at work. I give it seven passes of random, then a pass of zeros. Probably overkill, but everything is going to surplus auctions and some of the data is sensitive.
There would be a good governmental oversight: drug companies may no longer advertise their products to the public. I don’t think anyone has ever seen a drug commercial in a positive light; if the drug was effective and worked well you wouldn’t need to advertise it.
I used MotionEye at one point to monitor my laundry using a RPi nano and a USB webcam. Pretty sure it just ended up with a web interface I could pull up on phone or computer on the local network.
The old washer liked to lie about how long was left in the cycle and was in the basement while my computer was upstairs.
