  • I might not fully grasp what you said, but from my understanding, they were discussing intersex people. In these cases, it’s not an either/or situation at birth regarding sex characteristics or chromosomes. It could be a mix of various combinations, or sometimes none at all. The Y chromosome might not be fully present, which means a penis might not exist at birth, or it could be very small (and possibly non-functional for urination), but there may still be internal testicles (which I understand is quite common for some “types” of intersex ppl). In your interpretation, does this mean that there are individuals with a Y chromosome and then there is the rest of the population?

So, we have XY, XYY, XXY versus the others, who might have just one X, two Xs, or a partial Y (I think there were other combinations too). That doesn’t seem very binary to me. It’s like saying you’re either a kid (under 18 in most countries) or an adult, which doesn’t cover everyone and doesn’t say much either. But maybe we took your comment too serious.

However, labels have always been a tool to simplify life, and they have never been strictly binary. It’s similar to organizing a home with labels, there is always at least one drawer labeled other/miscellaneous.

There are as many intersex people as there are redheads, and they can have two sets of sex organs, no organs, or a combination of organs. This wide category range is why the person you responded to mentioned the parts, as these visibly influence how one’s sex is documented. Intersex conditions can sometimes make this categorization extremely challenging.

  • I was actually very surprised dragon age is on the list. I have only heard bad things so I went and checked the reviews on it and I am even more surprised. I guess the game wasn’t as bad as everyone tried to make me believe. It looks cool but you can’t really tell how good a game is by checked some gameplay videos and apparently not reviwers opinions either haha

But why is a clicker game so popular tho? Isn’t it better to play those on a mobile?

  • You should be able to eat cheese that has been matured for 6 months or more for example cheddar, just make sure it actually is matured for that long, cheddar can be sold as 3 to 24 month. I am assuming it is 3 if nothing is specified, younger cheddar is sweeter so I wouldn’t be surprised if most cheddar in your store is that young like those hamburger slices. Everyone except me in the family has lactose intolerance and are very sensitive but can all eat 6+ months matured cheese. Which is great because that was the only kind of cheese we all liked anyways.

lactose sensitivity can be different from person to person so maybe you can eat a younger cheese. Cheese that had a low lactose from the start could be enough for you or just a few weeks maturing. 6 months is just something that has always worked for us without the need to know how much lactose there are.

  • Many ppl suggest rougelike/lite and sandbox games I want to also add games with a good mod community and have a lot of side quest like Skyrim, they fit the replayability criteria because when it starts to feel the same can you add mods that change things up. I have done thousands of hours in Skyrim and never finished the main quest 😂 I think Balders gate 3 will also live for a long time. Many rpgs seem to get a lot of mods and games like Balders gate change a lot depending on what you do and how you play.

But you seem to want some kind of fps so warframe would be better, you can play alone or with friends. Just like ultrakill do you jump around killing, you can use, swords, guns and magic depending on your build (there are many). Doom would also fits your style of playing I think.

Otherwise management games is a time sinker. But most do not have fighting elements where you yourselves fight. Cult of the lamb tries to be all of it, it has action/fighting and management you can even decorate if you are into that. Pretty good for those who want it all. The devs still updates it too.

  • I didn’t known that it was seen as a bad thing by some devs. At my company (consulting) are we saying that we failed if we spin up a full server. we do infra as code very often and that wouldn’t be as easy or possible as with serverless. It is easier to monitor what cost money (need more performance) that way too. I have seen some wish to get into the server, you don’t have to, that is the thing, all your configurations are done with in a portal like azure, the only times (extremely few) i have went into a serverless is when i have to check the apps configuration for a very old app that may have been deployed manually (get surprised every time) and i don’t know the values that need to be set and there has been times logging is done to disk instead of using application insight. But thankfully these are exceptions not the norm. It is usually applications that was a fire and forget project and have always worked until they want some new functionality.

  • I think most covered it all why they use a car.

I just want to add that it all depends on where you live. I don’t know what you mean by “most”. I would say most in cities with good bike lanes like Paris and Amsterdam would say most take the bike, or cities with great public transport like Tokyo would say most take public transport. If you live in a place like USA where it is dangerous to walk and the public transport is almost none existing then most would take the car. I think New York has ok public transport. But I don’t know, when I was there were sandy coming in so all of the subways were closed off.
