We’ve had that for awhile now
With Plex every time I try to sync new content I put in the folders it says I’m unauthorized and have to close the server and reopen it.
Haven’t bothered to trouble shoot it yet as it’s annoying but not annoying enough.
Ya AEB is an always on thing.
AEB might not always prevent a crash, but it should slow the vehicle at the very least so the crash has less energy.
You could have a system that never prevents a crash and you’d still get an insurance discount due to the slowing benefits.
if it’s not from the church it’s not reputable, and they’re trained that way by the church from the moment they’re kids.
I once made a big fuss about a very critical security vulnerability because they didn’t want to deal with it and there were very serious ramifications to the business depending on how it was dealt with. Like the company was exposed to multi million dollar lawsuits over it, maybe more, possibly worse than lawsuits
It was the only time I’ve ever been classified as not a team player, and they used that incident as the reason in the report.
Edit: they did eventually deal with it properly, but not before trying to hide it and lie about it to our customers first.
Great copy pasta you got there.
Doesn’t negate what I said.
These articles are trash.
There’s obviously a lot to hate about Musk, but Nasa says we want someone to build this, SpaceX bids for a contract and wins. This isn’t welfare queen stuff.
SpaceX is saving the government 10s of billions of dollars compared to if anyone else was doing it as they can bid lower due to their reusable first stages.
Also that DOE loan Tesla got, paid back in full early. Wanna talk about auto oem bailouts (not loans) that weren’t paid back?
Also a lot of money that comes from building a factory isn’t actually cash in hand, it’s tax benefits. If you build this billion dollar factory we’ll charge you less property tax for 20 years if you employ 15,000 people in 5 years kinda thing. It’s less revenue but it’s not money out of hand.
Any nato member can prevent anyone from joining.
This feels more like a polonium tea situation.
Ugh.
You just know if it was someone sadly following the new requirements, it would have been a very apologetic taking of it and that would be the end, even if traumatic.
When they threaten to arrest them, they’re in on it.
There was a story about how they wouldn’t renew some transgender persons passport the other day.
I think he edited the almost in based on his edit note.
There was no traffic, he was on the road alone.
I don’t know if he actually ever did it, or had just said he was going to? As in I’m not sure if there was anything to pay off. But there very well may have been an actual real collateralized debt there for a short period of time.
It’s possible the shares were dissolved and some wholly new arrangement was made as a newly private company.
FYI he stopped using his stock as collateral for the purchase part way though. He sold more shares, and got more outside investment. Twitter itself has a loan as well, but it’s not backed by Elons stock.
Edit: I think it’s worth adding… while the loan isn’t backed by Elons stock, if Twitter was failing and the bank came a knocking, he’d probably use his stock to save it.
“Are we the baddies?”
“I dunno, our gear looks okay now?”
people would cut the line and others just let them without objecting.
I can’t even imagine that being the case in a place like Germany… Some places sure, but there!?
Maybe the AGI is already in control and is the puppet ensuring it gets what it needs to thrive before it kills us all.
It isn’t hard to watch a movie or two to stay connected…
But now I gotta still watch
Loki, Hawk Eye, The Marvel’s, and I think one other to be properly up to date. Instead of maybe 5 hours, that’s like 20 hours overall, and then some of these TV things aren’t as good so it becomes a slog
