With Israel every accusation is an admission
“If you were able to overlook a genocide and cast a vote for Harris, you already know how a conservative was able to overlook Trump’s extremism and vote for him.” – Historian Robin D.G. Kelley

Take sometime to learn about what you will do with your 401k if have one.
Why learn a GUI that can change from release to release when I can learn a CLI once and be done with it. An additional plus is that CLIs are easier to script and automate.
Some states also have laws that allow drivers to run over protesters
No you aren’t overreacting. Republicans have been running on some version of this for decades now.
The Sassanians alienated their Lakhmid allies -forcefully annexed them and slaughtered their ruling dynasty-. Everyone knows what happened to the Sassanians not too long afterwards.
Who knows if history will repeat itself but worth waiting and finding out.
Edit: not sure why this is getting downvoted. I gave an example of an empire which at the height of its military might went through a period of political instability which lead to it turning against one of its major allies which eventually brought its downfall. The parallels are obvious, but whether we will get a repeat of the outcome or not, is yet to be seen. The replies are as-if the Sassanians are a little unknown empire at the edge of the world rather than one that was at one point an equal to Rome.
Finally, I will get to finish my backlog
$4,229,598 that’s how much Biden got from Pro-Israel lobbies and he delivered by flattening Gaza and making sure it is nearly uninhabitable. Liberals just show how unserious they are with comments like this.
AIPAC bought politicians of both major parties. Liberals support Israel because of “Western civilization, democracy and liberalism” and conservatives support it because of “Judeo-Christian values, Jesus second coming and Armageddon”.
No disagreements here, Putin is corrupt and guilty of war crimes. I wouldn’t defend Putin not after Chechnya, I am just stating the obvious, no country would like a hostile military alliance at its borders regardless of how criminally corrupt it may be or how good the military alliance may be.
If Ukraine wanted to join NATO it should have kept its nukes. Otherwise it had no option but to remain neutral.
Remember the Cuban Missile Crisis? Now imagine if Cuba had more than just missiles. Imagine if it were Mexico or Canada joining the Warsaw Pact.
Not just Unix-like but actually ancestrally Unix as well as being certified as Unix
The whole war was about Ukraine NATO membership.
I find it funny that one app is called Jerboa which is a local delicacy in Najd and other parts of the Arabian Peninsula.
I am personally happy with the web app.
It begins by realizing that economics is also politics. The US ran out of indigenous peoples and lands to exploit, so it is turning inwards.
There are many books one could recommend. But an easy one to understand is: Irregular Army: How the US Military Recruited Neo-Nazis, Gang Members, and Criminals to Fight the War on Terror, this book was published in 2012. Whatever an empire perfects to crush other people, always sooner or later is used internally.
Fewer strings also means China doesn’t care about democracy, human rights, and such.
Neither do Western powers. Their support for the genocide in Gaza proves as much. From sending weapons and ignoring the ICC and ICJ rulings, to crushing protests and arresting journalists. You really can’t come and talk about democracy, human rights, and such as if the West is the good guys after we all witnessed the genocide in Gaza, you can’t. It is hypocritical and racist. You are basically saying “only we are people”, or at a minimum “the Palestinians aren’t people”.
As for China building some artificial islands, who cares? As far as “crimes” go it is really down at the bottom of the crimelist. You could probably learn about the expulsion of the Chagossians to put things into perspective.
What’s wrong with building infrastructure? Nothing stopping the West from offering an alternative development plan. Countries go with China’s because it is a better deal with fewer strings attached.
Instead when the US invaded Iraq it destroyed its infrastructure and opposed any plan to rebuild Iraq. China now is helping rebuild Iraq. Just one example of plenty.
Then again given the crumbling state of US infrastructure, it should really focus on itself. It brought a lot destruction (see: Gaza) and very little building to the rest of the world even when they broke it (see: Iraq).
China is focusing on itself, maybe that’s what the US and Europe should do for a while.
When I used to do image and signal processing for embedded systems in C and C++, AI was useless. Now that I do backend web development in Python and Ruby, AI is better than me. It really depends on the problem area and how many sample code and answers are out there for it to steal from.
