We already have buildings all over the place. I like the idea of installing them there. Parking lots would be awesome too since it’s otherwise wasted space, but this way cars and people are protected from the sun and rain. Win/win.

Well as usual it’s all about money. You can look it up because I can’t remember the guy’s name but a former politician owns a substantial stake in the body scanners used in airports.

I think they’ve gotten better but I remember reports in the past that said they missed over 90% of the guns/weapons that were put through as a test. So I’m pretty sure it isn’t about security, especially when mail was loaded into the cargo hold essential unchecked( this could have changed too, my data is pretty old).

I mean none of it makes sense. You can only bring what 3oz. of fluids, like two or three people can’t just combine fluids. But you ARE spending $5.00 for a bottle of water in the other side.

I can see the evil in what these large corporations are doing but I have rented in the past when I was neither prepared for the burden of home ownership nor planning to stay in that location for a long time. If I couldn’t have rented what would I have done? I would have been essentially FORCED into owning a home or what, living in the streets? And what if you wish to move but no one wants to buy your house? More you are forced to stay out turn evil by buying two houses.

I have a “smart TV” and I plug it into my receiver and use it as a monitor. I use the term smart TV that way, because it is more than 10 years old when TVs were just starting to have these features. I should also point out that the receiver does all of the spying that the TV isn’t doing. Not sure what I’ll do when the TV dies.

I don’t think you actually understand just how much money Apple has. They shrug off billion dollar fines like ducks shrug off water. I think the idea only works if it’s a significant portion of their revenues.
