lucid dreaming would be my recommendation… its a little hard to do, but a great way is to ask yourself ‘how did I get here’ every time you cross a threshold like a doorway or hallway. eventually you’ll start asking yourself this in your sleep, and if you have no idea, you’re dreaming… this is normally when i fly away.

apparently her parents ran a like christmas tree business and were well to do before all the fame. I have not verified this… my coworker is a swiftie and I hear way more than i care for… but work relationships and ish.

I carry one of these in each of our cars and one at home… It’s amazing. They don’t do a great job explaining how to use it but you can like rapidly brush up and down. It works for clothes, in the car, carpets, furniture… Great ish.

Self host beeper… I love matrix but people struggle with maintaining a key and password … beeper simplifies this and has other chat protocols (bridges) that might entice normies.
