Found the problem in my case. I had a user agent changer addon let to fake Chrome 123 on Windows 10. DIsabled it and it worked.

The script of a tracker, or passage via certain servers, are being flagged. The instance this community is hosted on probably is hosted on or under Cloudfare, that is notorious for providing trackers

KoboldCPP now pretty much can run everywhere, even without a GPU. CPU only without Cuda on a 9th Gen i7 takes around 60 seconds to create a response, depending on complexity. That is actually an alright time for not hardware accellerated usage.
