2 years agoHow does that work with stop lights? I’d say most stop lights are longer than 1 minute, so does everybody turn their car off while waiting? Does that cause a noticeable delay when the light changes?
It’s not about education at this point, it’s about regulation. Without mandates and penalties there is zero incentive to change for the large corporate polluters.
