How big? Might be easier to dump it on an external HDD and just share it around.

Running 2x ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro M.2 NVMe, 500Gb for OS and VMs and a 2Tb for games and documents.

I figured it was worth the gamble on this cheaper brand since everything important is synched/baked up to my server.

I’ve been running a couple ADATA Nvme drives since 2019. No issues and they’re fast.

There’s going to be a limit to how much pressure before stalling and/or damaging the engine, but it would inflate, and as the gases cooled, it would deflate somewhat.

Exhaust jacks are used in 4x4 recovery, so an engine can lift a car, but they seem pretty limited and dangerous and I’ve only seen one used once in my ~25yrs off road.

I jumped on the NAS bandwagon about 10yrs ago and it really didn’t take that long before I’d reached the limits of the CPU and RAM.

Last year I built an i5 system to replace it and it’s just better. Hardware and softwareb updates are just easier with a desktop. I can run my web server, torrent VM, DB, Plex and file sharing with resources to spare.

If you simply want a device to store/share files, get a NAS, but the second you want to do anything more, build a basic desktop.

But if Star Wars was done on old DV, Lucas wouldn’t have been able to digitally butcher it, so there’s that.

What is quality to you? The image size/resolution, the audio sample rate, the noise?

There’s a point where the difference is imperceptible.

I think it’s largely nostalgia behind replies like yours, analogue and digital are different, not a blanket better or worse.

I reckon 3D animation, a movie animated in both the style and locations of BoTW would be pretty amazing.
