A good tailor can do amazing things, but there are limits.
When it comes to tailoring, putting aside the quality of the suit (fused/glued canvas or not, among other things), the key thing you want as close to right from the start is the shoulders. Sleeve and jacket lengths are simple, neck and chest less so, but if the shoulder width is all wrong it’s a major undertaking to alter if it can even be done.
The customer is the shareholder. The consumer is a means to an end. Same as it ever was.
For all the reasons others have already stated, what you want is a Kill A Watt instead of a multimeter or another thing to buy. Plug this thing into the wall and then plug your appliances etc into the meter and leave it for a week. I will record total power draw over the duration so you can see exactly how much power is being used under normal operating conditions. With a little bit of math you can compare kilowatt hours consumed with your power company costs and figure out how much money it cost to use TV’s etc per hour.
From experience: sodium percarbonate. This is the active ingredient in oxy-clean powders and can be purchased online. In it’s pure form it’s commonly used as a sterilizing cleaner for brewing and bottling equipment. I’ve been using it in laundry for 10 years.
I’m hanging on to my sub $1000 beater. Late 90s Civic with 240k miles and no clear coat still has better mpg than our newish CRV.
My local started this months ago. At self checkout they ask to see the photo on the back of your membership card to verify you’re the same person. No secondary ID, and not sure what the point of that would be anyway. Counterfeit member cards?

I didn’t realize the LED was no longer ubiquitous! I rely on mine, and I take it a step further with missed notification reminder for a repeating audio tone every few minutes. I don’t like having to stare at my phone all day long looking for work messages.
I hope that gets changed when the next update finally goes out
Snapdrop and pairdrop both support txt. On a PC right click your target. Android method will probably vary based on what app you’re using.

Edge uses pieces of Chrome, so it will probably have the same WEI stuff unless MS chooses to remove it. Given the goals of MS probably aligns more closely with Google than other browser makers I think it’s likely edge will have WEI.
It’s different. Instead of grouped tabs that expand within the same row of tabs, tab stacks show the group in a second row of tabs. Works great if you have a lot of tabs that tend to shrink in width to much to be usable.
FYI, Vivaldi posted their opposition to WEI here. If website operators use the scheme then browsers not implementing it are at a loss. Hopefully every chrome based project (including edge!) is able to remove it so Chrome official is the only one where it works. Starving the approach of participants sounds like the only easy to make it fail.
If your engine is working very poorly. Unburned fuel in your exhaust is a problem large enough that you’ll probably be experiencing a lot of engine trouble.
And does anybody happen to know if it’s possible to block DMs on Kbin?
