I’d bet there’s a CSAM test image dataset with innocuous images that get picked up by the script. Not sure how the system works, but if it’s through hashes then it would be pretty simple to add that to the script.

As a Windows user, doing anything to try and interact with any of the content on an iPhone (sync contacts, download photos, etc) was a huge pain in the ass. The amount of holes I had to jump through was so bad it must be intentional.

There’s a clear bias to only give good support to people who have macOS, my main PC is on Windows, and I don’t ever plan on buying a Mac. So it just means I will never own an iPhone again. They kind of dug themselves into a hole of this crappy walled garden and never thought to think it could also bite them in the ass.
