The crew is nothing like the crew 2. I have very very fond memories of the crew 1 which was an awesome game
I had not heard of the game, bought it and it’s awesome. Spent my whole afternoon playing it
bandcamp and piracy are still the main routes. try to look at the artist’s soundcloud too for links to what they use. some genres (like trance for me) still heavily use soundcloud
When we are talking about indie dev communication, this is mostly those kind of things that are being referred to. I think we do agree tho that discord was a very bad medium for that.
Mastodon sounds good for this. Gitlab, github and forgejo are completely inappropriate tools to do a game devlog on often closed-source projects and answer gameplay related questions
We’re talking gamedev to player communication, not dev to dev
I bought it a few months ago and it’s still amazing. It’s just the most complete version of splatoon 3 you can get. Matchmaking is still very active, and the story is very good, and the dlc is just awesome (it has one of the most special ambiance you could get in a splatoon game)
imo the major difference is no algorithm or suggestions
I had a lot of problems finiahing Persona 4 too after the Kanji dungeon but I think it was worth it
WoW is still a lot of money iirc, the playerbase is still big
The last expansion was genuinely good and theyre planning a new storyline on a span of 3 extensions!
I have a friend that has one, it took a long time to get approved but she eventually got it
I think they are actually really good at very specific things, the clicky buttons are great for ace attorney and tetris
Was using joplin, tried obsidian and quickly went back to joplin.
There are cracks that managed this tho Nfs:World and wangan midnight comes to mind
Idk, I wasnt around back then. But most forums I stumble upon have none of that
Karma+threaded is better than chronologic imo, why do you think it’s bad?
You ppl dont remner how utterly tedious forums were. We hake karma-based systems nowadays, we cam move on
Trance/sextrance, scenecore and weird underground soundcloud rap
