Those are standard strengths for freebase nicotine. Nicotine salt comes in different strengths. 50mg/ml and 35mg/ml are standard where I live in the US. Elfbars usually come in 40mg/ml.

If it makes you feel better, that’s about the tax than I pay in America for health insurance that I don’t get. I still pay $500USD per month on top of the taxes for private insurance too.

Pretty easy here. Climbed onto a bus in the Walmart parking lot, filled out about 10 minutes of paperwork which you only need to do the first time and then there was a needle in my arm. 20 minutes later I had a cookie and some juice and an amazon gift card.
They’re still charging $5 where I live. I can’t disagree about the cardboard, but it’s hard to beat the calorie/dollar ratio.
