Well, we do know why they work, but we don’t know why the way they work works.

I heard lead poisoning can help poisoners not relapse.
For me it’s an investment in freezing my housing costs. I bought 8 years ago and since then the increases in my housing costs have been around 5% as taxes go up. In the same time period, rent for the apartment I was in previously has gone up 65% and is higher than my mortgage payment. Had I not purchased a house there’s a good chance I would have had to either move in with family or move to a much cheaper area.
Tell that to my mortgage.
For the record I own exactly one house, it’s in terrible condition and I don’t have the funds to renovate. Because of the mortgage.
People don’t clean their phones? I clean mine every time I clean my glasses. If the glasses are dirty, it’s a safe bet the phone could use a rub down with some isopropyl on a Kimwipe.
Unrelated, if you wear glasses and haven’t used Kimwipes to clean them you are missing out. Soap and water, isopropyl on Kimwipe, dry Kimwipe.
The effect porn on portable devices had on how much people need to make deposits in the spank bank
USB DVD readers are pretty cheap and backing up a DVD movie to a file (either just the movie as mp4/whatever or the whole disc with menus, special content and all that jazz as an ISO) is trivial. DVDs themselves are fragile circles of plastic that store data a micron-thin foil layer that can be hurt by too spicy a laser pointer. Do yourself and your roommate a favor and make a copy of that thing for posterity’s sake.
I like Nile Red’s content, but his style is a little too wooden for me. Explosions and Fire / Extractions and Ire scratch my chemistry itch.
1: She’s a woman of color so she has to be 75% better than average for anyone to pay attention.
2: Executed moral standards are more important to the left than the right. Declared moral standards are more important to the right.
Note to anyone heeding this advice: it has to be a metal water pipe, no plastic.
I’m not making fun of you for reading for your own edification, I’m making fun of you because you’re spouting nonsense born from half-understanding.
Stand back everyone, this person has
dramatic pause
DONE THEIR OWN RESEARCH!!
If it’s big and metal there’s a scrapyard that will, at the very least, take it off your hands for free. Free metal is free metal. Getting the big metal thing to the scrapyard is another story.
Drives do this on their own.
I did that. I was abused the entire time by an app with no means of communicating with those in control of the app. Sure, I could go and yell at support over being fucked over when a bundled order took me 10 miles farther than the app said it would and there was no tip attached, but they were also being abused since they were contract workers in India who had no means to alter my pay.
The guy in the video was right, these apps are leaches. I’m sorry if you’re currently having your blood sucked by them; I hope the trips are short and the tips are good.
Bruh ask Google the question instead of making a stranger figure it out for you. If you want an answer typed up for you go ask a LLM.
Because Arch was one of the distros that distributed the backdoored xz package, though they claim no vulnerability to due to their implementation.
I’ve got a BeeLink N100 system that’s just a bit bigger than a NUC, has two 2.5Gb LAN ports and came with a 512gb nvme drive. Works a treat as a Jellyfin server with TONS of processor and ram headroom. N100 is a great little chip, so long as you’re not expecting i5+ power.
No, it’s exactly as cringe as this movie looks. There’s a horse called Butt-Stallion in the games.
My guess is Switch 2 shares enough architecture with OG Switch that games for one run on the other. This is why Nintendo has been going after Switch emulators - they’re already better than Switch 2 at being Switch 2.
