None of those actually mention the vote in Ukrainian parliament, that is where the “unanimously” comes from 😇 I’ve looked through several sources and AJ English had it summarized the best 🤷‍♂️

Fair enough! While the vote isn’t mentioned in mine, they do talk about the opposition making public statements that they would refuse to run an election in wartime, which was enough in my mind for showing intent. I do appreciate the extra source.
