I’m not interacting with that site but I’d be interested to know which of the portal building companies were involved in this website, or whether it was thrown together internally by the nazis.

Nevermind, I did it myself. The form is extremely simple. It looks like it was built in JS by a script kiddie/ bootcamper. Likely internal, I guess?
